Job Description We are supporting a confidential search for a Regional General Manager, APAC on behalf of a heritage luxury lifestyle brand with a strong global reputation and a long-standing commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and brand integrity. This role will be responsible for lea*ding, developing, and strengthening the brand's footprint across APAC, including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Southeast Asia, and Pacific markets. The remit spans multiple channels, including Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), wholesale, and strategic industry partnerships. The successful candidate will act as both regional business lea*der and brand steward, translating global strategy into strong local execution while ensuring alignment with the brand's heritage, values, and long-term growth agenda. The Successful Applicant Experience & Background Proven experience lea*ding a regional business (APAC or multi‑markets) within luxury, premium lifestyle, or high‑end consumer brands Strong track record managing multi‑channel retail ecosystems (DTC, wholesale, partnerships) Demonstrated P&L ownership and experience scaling businesses sustainably Exposure to heritage or brand‑led organizations preferred Capabilities & Lea*dership Style Strategic yet hands‑on; able to move seamlessly between vision and execution Deep commercial acumen combined with strong brand sensibility High cultural intelligence and ability to operate across diverse APAC markets Confident stakeholder manager with gravitas at global HQ and board level Entrepreneurial, resilient, and growth‑oriented, with respect for brand legacy Candidate must be fluent in English language, ideally can speak Mandarin, any of the other Asian languages such as Japanese or Korean will be a plus. Role can be based in Hong Kong or Shanghai.
