AI Engineer

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join us at Telia. I’m Ashwani Pandita , Head of B2B AI & Analytics SE IT , and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward‑thinking team focused on building and scaling agentic and generative AI solutions that create real value for B2B customers . What you’ll do: Design, build, and operationalize agentic and generative AI solutions in enterprise environments. • Design and build Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, and related Salesforce AI technologies • Develop AI agents using agentic frameworks such as ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar • Build and optimize agentic workflows using LLMs, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous execution patterns • Integrate AI solutions with Salesforce, ServiceNow, APIs, enterprise platforms, and data systems • Manage deployment and lifecycle of AI solutions, including CI/CD, MLOps, monitoring, and production support • Continuously improve AI agents through testing, evaluation, optimization, and feedback loops What will help you thrive in this role: You enjoy working at the intersection of AI, engineering, and business, and you’re comfortable building production‑grade solutions in complex environments. • Strong experience in AI , machine learning, and generative AI development • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, ADK , or similar agentic frameworks • Strong understanding of AI agents , autonomous workflows, and agent orchestration concepts • Experience integrating AI systems with APIs , enterprise applications, and cloud platforms • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills Nice to have: • Exposure to multi‑agent systems and enterprise AI automation use cases • Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices • Experience working in B2B, telecom, or large enterprise environments Join us to shape smarter living for people, businesses, and the planet At Telia, we’re a team of 15 000 colleagues across the Nordics and Baltics, passionate about technology and connectivity.
