Role Summary As an AI Analyst / Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying , designing, and delivering AI solutions that address business opportunities across Wholesale Banking. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, assess use cases, and translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. About the Team Our AI team partners with business leaders, technology specialists, and transformation teams to identify opportunities where AI can make work simpler, smarter, and more impactful. What You'll Do • Facilitate workshops to identify and assess AI opportunities • Analyze business processes and recommend AI-driven improvements • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs • Advise stakeholders on Intelligent Automation, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio • Develop business cases, value assessments, and supporting documentation • Track benefits realization and performance metrics • Support AI adoption and change management initiatives Required Skills & Experience • 4–8 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, automation, or process improvement • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-powered productivity tools • Understanding of LLMs, grounding techniques, and context management • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills What We Offer Work on meaningful AI initiatives, collaborate with experienced professionals, gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and help shape AI adoption across the organization.
