How you’ll make an impact
- Learn & Support: Shadow senior team members to learn the intricacies of our products, services, and partner networks, eventually taking ownership of your own merchant accounts.
- Relationship Building: Help maintain positive, consultative relationships with our merchants through regular, open, and professional communication.
- Project Tracking: Coordinate merchant project deliverables and ensure client activities and data are accurately updated within SalesForce (we will train you!).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, Integration, Support) across our global offices to ensure an outstanding merchant experience.
- Strategic Growth: Assist in crafting merchant-specific account development plans and researching e-commerce trends to help merchants optimize their global payment strategies.
What we’re looking for
- Class of 2026 graduates or students currently pursuing a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (open to all majors).
- Passion for FinTech：You have a strong interest in the payments and e-commerce industry, and are eager to dive deep into how global money movement works.
- Hands-on & Grounded：You are a pragmatic doer who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and learn from the ground up. Ready to take ownership of tasks big or small.
- Proactive Problem Solver：You don't wait for answers—you actively seek solutions to various unexpected challenges with a "can-do" attitude. 。
- Positive & Resilient ：You bring a positive mindset to the team, viewing fast-paced changes and setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow.
- Fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English to collaborate seamlessly with our global teams.
