POSITION SUMMARY: The Production Supervisor ensures employee safety, product quality and asset performance while delivering on time the shift/line/area production plan. This is accomplished by: Leading a team ranging between 20-30 employees; focusing on results to deliver success as measured by key performance metrics; being the transformational leader that creates a sustainable work environment, where employees feel engaged, loyal, satisfied and empowered to develop their capabilities and ways of working to exceed their line objectives. The Production supervisor is ultimately responsible for building competency across their team and to develop the autonomy of the team.
